How does Novig verify my location?
Novig verifies your device's physical location at the time you play. Simply being a resident of an eligible state is not enough — you must be physically present in an eligible state when playing.
I live in an ineligible state. Can I play while traveling?
Yes. If you are physically located in an eligible state while traveling, you can play.
I live in an eligible state but it says I'm ineligible. What should I do?
Make sure location permissions are enabled for the Novig app on your device. If the issue persists, contact us through Live Chat.
Do I need to be a US resident to play?
Yes. US residency is required to verify your account. However, your eligibility to play is based on your current physical location, not residency.
What is the minimum age to play?

What is identity verification (KYC) and why is it required?
Novig requires you to verify your identity to comply with legal requirements and protect all users. This includes confirming your legal name, date of birth, address, and in some cases the last 4 digits of your SSN and a photo ID. This does not replace the location requirement.
