BIG GAME BINGO CONTEST - OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. SPONSOR
This contest (the "Contest") is sponsored by Novig Sweeps, LLC ("Novig" or "Sponsor"), located at 169 Madison Avenue #2199, New York, NY 10016.
2. CONTEST PERIOD
The Contest begins at 12:00 AM ET on February 4, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on February 8, 2026 (the "Contest Period"). The Contest grading period will take place during the Big Game on February 8, 2026.
3. ELIGIBILITY
The Contest is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and prize suppliers (collectively, the "Contest Entities"), and each of their immediate family members (spouse, partner, parents, legal guardians, in-laws, grandparents, siblings, children, and grandchildren) and/or those living in the same household (whether legally related or not) are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.
4. HOW TO ENTER
To enter the Contest, participants must:
Visit novigbingo.com during the Contest Period;
Complete the registration form with a valid email address;
Receive a unique bingo card; and
Play bingo during the Big Game broadcast.
No purchase is necessary to participate. Entry into the Contest does not require creation of a Novig account or any payment. However, to qualify for cash prizes, winners must be 21+ and have a Novig account to receive cash prize distribution in Novig Coins (in-app currency). See Section 7 on “PRIZES” for more information.
Limit one (1) entry per person/email address. Use of multiple email addresses or other means to enter multiple times is prohibited and will result in disqualification.
5. HOW TO PLAY
Participants will receive a digital bingo card containing squares related to events that may occur during the Big Game. As events occur during the game, corresponding squares on participants’ cards will automatically be marked. Winners will be determined based on completing bingo patterns as specified below.
6. PRIZE DETERMINATION
Winners will be determined as follows:
Prizes will be awarded to the participant(s) to achieve any straight line bingo win (e.g. row, column, diagonal) and properly claim their prize
Winners will be detected and notified once a winning pattern has been achieved
In the event of a tie, prizes will be split equally among tied winners
Sponsor reserves the right to verify all entries and winners
7. PRIZES
Total Prize Pool: Up to $10,000 in prizes, awarded as Novig Coins (Sponsor's in-app currency).
Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of all prizes in aggregate: $10,000 USD.
Prize Restrictions:
Prizes are awarded as Novig Coins and can only be claimed and used through a verified Novig account.
Void where prohibited. Prizes may not be redeemed in jurisdictions where Novig is not currently operational. Winners residing in jurisdictions where Novig is not currently operational will receive their prize in an account that they can access and use in eligible jurisdictions (Alaska, Arkansas, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Iowa, Illinois , Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Maryland, Maine, Minnesota, Missouri, Mississippi, North Carolina, North Dakota, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Mexico, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Vermont, Wisconsin, West Virginia, Wyoming, and Washington, DC).
Winners must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to create a Novig account and claim their prize.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-assignable, and cannot be substituted except by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
No cash alternative or prize substitution permitted except at Sponsor's sole discretion.
Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes.
8. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION
Potential winners will be notified via email at the email address provided during registration within approximately one (1) business day of the conclusion of the Contest. Potential winners may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where legal) Publicity Release within seven (7) business days of notification.
If a potential winner:
Fails to respond within the specified time period,
Cannot be reached after reasonable attempts,
Fails to provide required documentation,
Is found to be ineligible or in violation of these Official Rules; or
Declines the prize for any reason,
Then the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner selected from remaining eligible entries.
9. GENERAL CONDITIONS
By entering, participants agree to:
Be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects; and
Release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Contest Entities and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Contest or acceptance or use of any prize.
Sponsor reserves the right to:
Verify eligibility of all entrants and disqualify any entrant found to be tampering with the entry process or operation of the Contest;
Cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest; and
Disqualify any individual found to be using automated entry methods, multiple accounts, or otherwise attempting to subvert the entry process.
10. USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
By entering, participants consent to Sponsor's collection and use of their personal information as described in Sponsor's Privacy Policy available at https://support.novig.us/en/articles/8288127-privacy-policy. Email addresses collected may be used for marketing communications. Participants may opt out of marketing emails at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email received.
11. PUBLICITY RIGHTS
By accepting a prize, winners grant Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, voice, and biographical information for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Contest Entities are not responsible for:
Late, lost, delayed, damaged, incomplete, illegible, or misdirected entries or emails;
Telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions or failures;
Any injury or damage to participants' or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in the Contest; or
Any condition caused by events beyond the control of Sponsor that may cause the Contest to be disrupted or corrupted.
13. DISPUTES
Except where prohibited, by entering the Contest, participants agree that:
Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action;
Any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event attorneys' fees; and
Under no circumstances will participants be permitted to obtain awards for, and participants hereby waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental, and consequential damages.
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
14. WINNER LIST
For a list of winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Novig Sweeps, LLC, Attn: Big Game Bingo Contest Winners, 169 Madison Avenue #2199, New York, NY 10016. Requests must be received within sixty (60) days after the end of the Contest Period.
