How do I know what tier I'm in? You can check your current points standing and tier at any time by tapping Points at the bottom of the app. Your tier is determined by your final points ranking at the end of May.

When will I receive my rewards? Rewards are distributed after the program concludes at the end of May.

What is a Novig Cash Prize? Novig Cash is a credit that can be used to place orders on the platform. Bronze tier and above receive a Novig Cash prize from the 250,000 prize pool. The higher the tier, the higher the Novig Cash prize!

*Exact amounts of Novig Cash distributed to each tier will be determined at the end of the month.
