Using Aeropay

Learn how to add, troubleshoot, and remove bank accounts linked through Aeropay in Novig, and when to contact Aeropay support.

Novig does not manage Aeropay accounts directly. Most account-related tasks must be handled through Aeropay.

Adding a new bank account

  1. Go to the Purchase tab in the Novig app.

  2. Start the purchase process and select the Aeropay option to add your preferred account.

  3. Once linked, the account will be available for future transactions.

Unsupported banks

Aeropay may not support some smaller regional banks or credit unions. If your bank isn't recognized, you can:

  • Check whether Aeropay supports your bank.

  • Use Trustly as an alternative payment method.

  • Withdraw funds to a supported account and complete transactions via debit card or another supported method.

"Bank account already exists" error

This error typically means your bank account is already linked to another Aeropay account. Contact Aeropay support to manage or unlink the account.

Viewing linked account details

The Novig app does not display account details such as the last four digits of account numbers for security reasons. Contact Aeropay support to verify or manage your linked accounts.

Removing a bank account

  1. Contact Aeropay at [email protected] and request that they remove or update your linked accounts.

  2. Once removed, you can re-add your preferred account through the steps above.

  • Linking or unlinking accounts

  • Duplicate connection errors

  • Account delinquency or overdue balances

  • General Aeropay account questions

If Aeropay cannot resolve persistent issues, consider switching to Trustly as your payment method.
