Credit and debit card purchases use standard pricing. Novig accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
How to complete a purchase
Go to the Purchase tab in the Novig app.
Select the Novig Coins and Cash package you want.
Tap the Standard pricing option.
Select Credit or Debit Card as your payment method, then select Credit Card for manual entry.
Enter your card details: card number, expiration date, CVV, name on card, and billing address.
Review the subtotal and total amount.
Optionally save your card for faster checkout next time.
Tap Confirm Purchase.
Once complete, you'll see a confirmation showing the Novig Coins added, the bonus Novig Cash included, and the total charged to your card.
Troubleshooting declined payments
If your card is declined:
Double-check your card number, expiration date, CVV, and billing address.
Verify your card has sufficient funds or available credit.
Try a smaller purchase amount first.
Contact your card issuer — some banks flag sweepstakes platforms and may require you to authorize the transaction.
Try a different card if available.
Make sure your app is updated to the latest version and try restarting it.
Note that card declines can sometimes occur due to payment processor security restrictions, which may take time to resolve.

All card and Apple Pay transactions are processed through Coinflow.
