Deposit Pricing: Standard vs. Discount
We offer two pricing tiers for deposits, depending on the payment method you choose. Some methods come with no fees and a discount, while others carry a standard processing fee.
Discount Pricing (No Fees)
The following deposit methods are fee free and qualify for discount pricing:
Bank transfers – processed through Stripe and Aeropay
Stablecoin and crypto deposits – processed through Coinflow
If you want to avoid fees entirely, these are the most cost effective ways to fund your account.
Standard Pricing (3% Fee)
The following deposit methods are processed through Coinflow and are subject to a 3% fee:
Credit card
Debit card
Apple Pay
This fee is applied at the time of deposit and will be clearly shown before you confirm your payment method.
Why the Difference?
Bank transfers and crypto deposits typically cost us less to process than card based payments. We pass those savings on to you by offering discount pricing on those methods, while card and Apple Pay deposits reflect the standard processing costs charged by our payment partners.
How to make a deposit
Go to the Deposit section in the Novig app.
Enter the amount you want to deposit
Choose your payment method — the corresponding price will display automatically.
Complete your deposit.
Both pricing options are displayed side by side in the deposit interface so you can compare before completing your transaction. Payment method availability may vary by user and location.
