Novig Points are earned through four activities on the platform. Note that only actions taken with Novig Cash are eligible — Novig Coins cannot be used to earn Novig Points.
Parlays
Earn 10 Novig Points per 1 Novig Cash risked on eligible parlays. To qualify, a parlay must have odds of +100 or longer and must not push or void. When you place an eligible parlay, you'll see pending points in your order slip. Points from parlays are awarded upon settlement.
Example: A 10 Novig Cash parlay at +100 odds earns 100 Novig Points when settled.
"Make" Orders
Earn 1 Novig Point per 1 Novig Cash of total volume on filled "make" orders, up to 5,000 points per market. Points appear as pending until the order is filled — unfilled orders earn no points.
Note: If your make order is immediately filled due to existing liquidity in the market, it will be treated as a take order and will not be eligible for make order points. If your order is only partially filled by existing liquidity, the remaining portion may still be filled later by other takers — in that case, you'll earn points only on the portion filled by those takers.
A market is an individual outcome. For example, Lakers -3.5 and Celtics +3.5 are two sides of the same market, while Lakers -3.5 and Lakers -6.5 are separate markets.
Example: A 10 Novig Cash "make" order at +100 that gets fully filled earns 20 Novig Points total (10 from each side).
What happens if my Make Order voids or pushes?
If a Make Order voids or pushes, any points associated with that order will be retracted from your balance. However, any rewards you've already earned as a result of those points will remain on your account — they won't be taken back.
Daily Drop Challenges
Earn 25 Novig Points for each of the three daily drops you complete. Complete all three and receive an additional 25 Novig Points instantly. No opt-in required — points are awarded immediately upon completion.
Monthly Challenges
Earn points at three checkpoints within each monthly challenge: 25 points at the first, 50 at the second, and 100 at the third. You must opt in to monthly challenges and manually claim your points at each checkpoint.
