Can I trade or spend Novig Points?
No. Novig Points cannot be traded, transferred, or redeemed. They are used solely to determine your tier and associated rewards.
Why are my points showing as pending?
Points from parlays are pending until the parlay settles. Points from "make" orders are pending until the order is filled. If a parlay or market pushes or voids, no points are awarded.
Do Novig Points expire?
Novig Points themselves don't expire, but your monthly points total resets at 6AM ET on the first of each month, which determines your tier for that month. Intra-month rewards unlocked by reaching a new tier expire after 7 days.
When will my rewards be credited to my account?
Rewards are credited to your account by 6 PM ET on the first of each month.
How much Novig Cash will I receive at the end of the month?
It varies from month to month. The prize pool is distributed across tiers, so your payout depends on both the tier you're in and that month's pool size. Pool sizes can change month to month — you can check the current one here.
