You acknowledge and agree that you are becoming a Clearing Member of Bitnomial Clearinghouse, LLC. By initiating, executing, or clearing any transaction on or subject to the Rules of the Clearinghouse, and without any need for any further action, undertaking or agreement, you agree: (1) to be bound by, and comply with, the Rules and Applicable Law, in each case to the extent applicable; and (2) to become subject to the jurisdiction of the Clearinghouse with respect to any and all matters arising from, related to, or in connection with, your status, actions or omissions as a Clearing Member.
