Follow these steps to complete a purchase using Apple Pay:
Navigate to the Purchase tab in your Novig app, or click the Purchase button on Desktop.
Select the Novig Coins and Cash package you want to buy
Tap the Standard pricing option (Standard pricing applies to Apple Pay purchases)
Select Credit or Debit Card as your payment method
Tap the Apple Pay button at the top of the payment screen
Review your purchase details, including the payment amount and selected card
Follow the prompts in the Apple Pay window to authorize the payment
Wait for the confirmation screen that shows "Purchase Complete"
Once your Apple Pay transaction is complete, you'll see a confirmation screen with the following information :
The amount of Novig Coins added to your account
The bonus Novig Cash included with your purchase
The total cost of the transaction
Apple Pay purchases use Standard pricing (for example, $5.15 for 5,000 Coins + 5.00 Cash)
Important Information
Apple Pay is only available on iOS devices with Apple Pay enabled
Payment method availability may vary based on your location and account status
Your card information is securely stored in your Apple Wallet and never shared with Novig
If you experience payment issues, verify that your card is active and has sufficient funds available
Ensure the payment card or Apple Pay account used is under your own name. Transactions using cards or accounts belonging to third parties may be declined.

If your Apple Pay purchase is declined, try these steps:
Verify that your card has sufficient funds
Ensure your card is active and not expired
Try a smaller purchase amount first
Contact your card issuer to ensure they're not blocking the transaction
Try using a different card from your Apple Wallet
