How to Purchase with Credit or Debit Cards on Novig

Follow these steps to complete a purchase using your credit or debit card:

  1. Navigate to the Purchase tab in your Novig app

  2. Select the Novig Coins and Cash package you want to buy

  3. Tap the Standard pricing option (Standard pricing applies to credit and debit card purchases)

  4. Select Credit or Debit Card as your payment method

  5. Select Credit Card for manual entry

  6. Provide the following information:

    • Card number (16 digits)

    • Expiration date (MM/YY)

    • CVV security code (3-4 digits on the back of your card)

    • Name on card

    • Billing address

  7. Review the subtotal and total amount

  8. Optionally check the box to save your card information for faster checkout next time

  9. Tap Confirm Purchase to complete the transaction

Supported Card Types

Novig accepts the following credit and debit cards:

  • Visa

  • Mastercard

  • American Express

  • Discover

After Your Purchase

Once your card transaction is complete, you'll see a confirmation screen with:

  • The amount of Novig Coins added to your account

  • The bonus Novig Cash included with your purchase

  • The total cost charged to your card

Troubleshooting Declined Payments

If your credit or debit card purchase is declined:

  • Verify that your card has sufficient available credit or funds

  • Ensure your card information (number, expiration, CVV, billing address) is entered correctly

  • Try a smaller purchase amount first

  • Contact your card issuer to ensure they're not blocking the transaction

  • Some banks may flag sweepstakes platforms initially and require authorization

  • Try a different card if available

  • Payment method availability may vary based on your location and account status

  • All pricing is transparently displayed before completing your purchase

  • Credit and debit cards use Standard pricing, while Aeropay and stablecoins offer Discount pricing
