Troubleshooting Declined Payments
If your credit or debit card purchase is declined:
Verify that your card has sufficient available credit or funds
Ensure your card information (number, expiration, CVV, billing address) is entered correctly
Try a smaller purchase amount first
Contact your card issuer to ensure they're not blocking the transaction
Some banks may flag sweepstakes platforms initially and require authorization
Try a different card if available
Avoid using gift cards, as Novig does not accept them for transactions.
Prepaid debit cards like those affiliated with Cash App are not eligible for deposits on Novig.
