Requirements
To redeem Novig Cash to a debit card, you’ll need:
An active Novig account
A Visa or Mastercard debit card to link for payout
Sufficient Novig Cash balance (minimum redemption amount applies)
Either the Novig mobile app or access to the Novig web app
Step-by-Step: Mobile and Web App
Log in to your account:
Open the Novig mobile app or visit the Novig website and sign in.Go to your Profile or Account page:
Tap “Profile” (mobile) or click your profile/avatar in the web app navigation.Select Redeem Cash:
Find and click the Redeem Cash button. This option is prominently displayed on both platforms.Enter the Amount to Redeem:
Type in the amount of Novig Cash you want to redeem or select your full redeemable balance. Ensure the amount is above the minimum allowed.Continue to Method:
Click or tap “Continue to Method”.Choose Payout Destination:
Select Debit Card from the redemption options. If you want to redeem to a bank account or another method, you can switch here.Add or Select a Debit Card:
For first-time redemptions, click “Add a Debit Card for redemption” and input your Visa or Mastercard details.
For repeat redemptions, select your previously linked card.
Confirm Redemption Details:
Review the destination, card, and amount, then click/tap Redeem [Amount] to finalize.
After Your Redemption
Your funds are transferred to the selected debit card.
You’ll see an in-app or web confirmation once the payout is complete.
You can view transaction details in Transaction History.
Troubleshooting and Tips
Double-check your debit card info for typos.
Make sure you meet the minimum redemption amount.
