All funds deposited into your Novig account may be used for trading or withdrawn at any time — there's no playthrough requirement. The balance in your account is simply your money, available whenever you want it, subject only to funds currently tied up in open positions (see "Why a withdrawal might be delayed" below).
How to withdraw
Tap Account at the bottom of the app.
Tap Withdraw.
Choose to withdraw all or part of your available balance.
Select your withdrawal method.
Confirm the withdrawal.

Why a withdrawal might be delayed
If you're having trouble withdrawing, it's almost always one of the following:
Pending identity verification (KYC). Novig requires identity verification before releasing withdrawals, in compliance with CFTC-mandated KYC/AML rules. If you haven't completed verification — or a document was rejected or expired — your withdrawal will be held until it's resolved.
Open or unsettled positions holding funds in escrow. When you place a trade, the funds move into escrow until the position is matched, closed, or the underlying event settles. Funds tied up this way aren't available to withdraw until they're released back to your balance. Check your Portfolio to see which positions are still open.
