Coinflow is a secure on-chain checkout that lets you pay for Novig Coins packages using cryptocurrency. Currently, only stablecoins (USDC or USDT) are accepted. Coinflow generates a one-time wallet address for each purchase and credits your Novig balance as soon as the payment confirms on-chain.
What are stablecoins?
Stablecoins are cryptocurrencies pegged to a stable asset like the U.S. dollar, meaning 1 stablecoin is typically worth approximately $1. This makes them more predictable than other cryptocurrencies. To pay with stablecoins on Novig, you must have a crypto wallet. If you don't use crypto, this payment method won't be available to you.
How to complete a payment
Select Crypto (Coinflow) at checkout.
After confirming your purchase, select Transfer from anywhere, then choose a chain.
Select your stablecoin (USDC or USDT).
Copy the unique wallet address and exact amount displayed on screen.
Send the full amount within 60 minutes — the address expires after 1 hour.
Once your transfer confirms, your Novig balance updates automatically.
Timing and expiration
The wallet address is valid for 60 minutes. If you send funds after the address expires, Coinflow automatically returns the full amount to your originating wallet — no action required.
Common issues

Wrong amount or token sent | Coinflow pauses the transfer and requests a refund address in-app | Enter your refund address — Coinflow refunds automatically. If you don't see this prompt, contact Novig support with your transaction hash and refund address. |

Tips for a smooth transaction
Always copy-paste the wallet address — never reuse an old one.
Double-check that you're sending the correct stablecoin on the correct network.
Save your transaction hash (TX ID) in case you need support.
