Novig enforces daily redemption limits in compliance with state regulations. These limits cannot be increased for any reason, including special circumstances or large balances.
Daily limits
Florida: $5,000 per day, per state law.
All other eligible states: $10,000 per day.
Redeeming a balance above the daily limit
If your balance exceeds the daily limit, spread your redemptions across consecutive days. For states with a $10,000 limit, you can also split a single day's redemption into multiple transactions as long as the total stays within the daily cap.
