Managing Your Novig Account — Login, Profile & Settings

Updated over a week ago

Resetting Your Password

To reset your password, tap "Forgot Password" on the login screen and follow the instructions sent to your registered email. If you signed up using Google or Apple login, you do not have a Novig password — use the same sign-in method you used to create your account.

Changing Your Email

To update your email address, reach out through the chat. Depending on your account setup, you may not be able to adjust this (for example, if you're signed up via Sign in with Google or Apple).

Changing Your Phone Number

To update your phone number from our mobile app, head to the Account icon, then tap the menu icon in the top right. Tap on Personal Details, then Edit next to Phone Number. Keep in mind that in order to change your phone number, we will need to verify it via OTP and our third-party verification provider.

Viewing Your Transaction History

You can view your past purchases, redemptions, and trade history by tapping the Account icon in the app, then selecting the Transactions tab. For a detailed trading history export (e.g., for tax purposes), reach out through the chat and our team can process your request within 1–2 business days.

Closing Your Account

If you'd like to close your account permanently, reach out through the chat or email [email protected] with the subject line "CLOSE MY ACCOUNT." Before closing, make sure you've redeemed any remaining Novig Cash balance. Account closures are permanent and cannot be reversed.

Please note that each user may only verify one Novig account — including accounts that have been permanently closed. Closing your account means you will not be able to create a new one.

If you're looking for a temporary break rather than permanent closure, consider setting gameplay limits instead — see our Responsible Gameplay articles for options.

Reactivating a Closed Account

If your account was previously closed and you'd like to reactivate it, reach out through the chat. Reactivation may require re-verification and is subject to eligibility in your current state.
