How do I reset my password?

On the login screen, tap "Can't log in to your account?" and follow the instructions sent to your registered email. If you signed up with Google or Apple, you don't have a Novig password — use the same sign-in method you used when you created your account. For Google sign-ins, select "Continue with Google" on the login screen. For Apple sign-ins, select "Continue with Apple" on the login screen.

I switched to a new device and can't log in. What do I do?

On the login screen, tap "Can't log in to your account?" Enter your registered email address to receive a reset link. Follow the instructions in the email, then log back in with your new password.

How do I change my email address?

Reach out to us through Live Chat to update your email. Depending on your account setup (e.g., if you signed up with Google or Apple), this may not be possible.

How do I change my phone number?

In the mobile app: tap the Account icon → tap the menu icon in the top right → tap Personal Details → tap Edit next to Phone Number. You'll need to verify your new number via OTP through our third-party verification provider.

How do I view my transaction history?

Tap the Account icon in the app, then select the Transactions tab. This shows your past purchases, redemptions, and trade history.

How do I get a full trading history export for taxes?

Reach out through Live Chat with the time period you need (e.g., "January 1 – December 31, 2025"). Our team processes these requests within 1–2 business days. You can also view recent activity directly in the Transactions tab.

How do I close my account permanently?

Reach out through Live Chat or email [email protected] with the subject line "CLOSE MY ACCOUNT." Before closing, redeem any remaining Novig Cash balance.

Note: each user can only verify one Novig account — closing your account means you will not be able to create a new one.

Can I take a temporary break instead of closing my account?

Yes. You can suspend your account for 1 day, 3 days, 7 days, 1 month, 3 months, or 6 months through the Time Out section in your account settings. This is a good option if you want a break without permanently closing your account. If you don't want to take a full time out, but do want to set Purchase and/or Order limits, you can do so via the Gameplay Limits section of your account.

How do I reactivate a closed account?

Reach out to us at [email protected]. Reactivation may require re-verification and is subject to eligibility in your current state.
