If you'd like a record of your past trading and payments activity from before August 4, 2026 (when we operated under the sweepstakes model), you can request this data directly from the app. Here's how:
Tap the profile icon in the top right corner of the app.
Tap the settings gear icon in the top right corner.
Under Account Preferences, tap Request Historical Data.
On the next screen, you'll see a blue button labeled Request Historical Data. Tap it to submit your request.
Once submitted, we'll process your request and email you your trading and payments data from prior to August 4, 2026.
Note: This request covers historical activity only. If you need help with a deposit or withdrawal made after August 4, 2026, please reach out to our support team directly.
