Trustly is a secure platform that links your bank account to Novig for transactions and cash redemption. You do not need to create a separate Trustly account — Trustly acts as an intermediary between your bank and Novig.
How to connect your bank account
Open the Novig app and go to the Purchase section.
Select the Discount tab.
Choose Trustly from the payment options.
Select your bank from the options provided.
Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the connection.
How to disconnect your bank account
To disconnect a bank account linked via Trustly, contact Novig directly via Live Chat in the app or by emailing [email protected].
